Matrix Operations

This tool allows to compute the inverse or the transpose of a matrix as well as to perform operations between two matrices A and B.

In the case of two matrices, the user can choose to use the original matrix or transform it prior to the operation. Two options are available:

• Use the transpose matrix

• Use the inverse matrix

The following matrix operations are available :

• Addition: matrices A and B must be of the same size (same number of rows and same number of columns).

• Subtraction: matrices A and B must be of the same size (same number of rows and same number of columns).

• Product: the number of rows in matrix B must be equal to the number of columns in matrix A.
